Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Domino's Pizza Brooks #10136. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
- Establish work schedules
- 3-4 years of experience in food service
- Basic security clearance
- Fast-paced environment
