About this role:

We are seeking a skilled Sanitation Specialist to join our Service Team. As a Sanitation Specialist, you will play a critical role in servicing our customers' washrooms, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high standard of hygiene.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver and install hygiene and washroom products to customers, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Maintain and service equipment, including replacing batteries, refilling soap and sanitizer dispensers, and replacing air care cartridges and liners of bins.
  • Manage inventory levels for customers purchasing consumable products, ensuring accurate records and efficient stock management.
  • Ensure all equipment at customer sites is functioning properly, identifying and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Track and analyze work routes with the manager at the end of each day, providing valuable insights for process improvement.
  • Meet the specific needs of customers in the field, documenting special requests and communicating effectively with the team.
  • Act as an ambassador for the Citron Hygiene brand, promoting our values and services to customers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license (G license) and clean driver's abstract, with a good driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with physical stamina to perform tasks safely and efficiently.
  • Good customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences for our customers.
  • Good attendance and punctuality, with flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays.
  • High school degree or equivalent, with experience in janitorial cleaning an asset.
