Landscaping Manager

JS ROMANA LANDSCAPING is seeking a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our outdoor services team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our clients' properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.
- Plan and direct grounds maintenance, including mowing, pruning, and planting.
- Plan and estimate labor and materials for projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion.
- Organize and direct construction of decks, decorative walls, and other outdoor features.
- Maintain accurate work records and logs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Tender and administer contracts with suppliers and vendors.
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate execution of projects.
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
- 2 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads.
- Manual dexterity and ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Client-focused and team-oriented with excellent initiative and judgment.
- Fast-paced outdoor environment with varying weather conditions.
- Handling heavy loads and physically demanding tasks.
- Manual dexterity and ability to work in a combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- English is the primary language of communication.
- 30-40 hours per week.
