Job Title: Chief Executive Officer - Health and Social Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead our team at Patel Dental Center. As the CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the organization, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve our mission and goals.
  • Lead and manage a team of senior staff, including directors and department heads.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including community partners, government agencies, and funders.
  • Ensure the financial sustainability of the organization through effective budgeting and resource management.
  • Represent the organization in a professional and positive manner, both internally and externally.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the health and social services sector.
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams and achieving organizational goals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the health and social services sector, including relevant policies and regulations.
