Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Byblos Indian and Lebanese cuisine. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitized environment, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to prevent cross-contamination and maintain a hygienic environment.
  • Operate dishwashers to wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, and flatware, ensuring they are spotless and ready for use.
  • Store cleaned dishes and utensils in designated areas, maintaining a tidy and organized workspace.
  • Assist in hand-washing and sanitizing dishes and other items as needed, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness.
  • Scour pots and pans to remove any food residue, ensuring they are clean and ready for use.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Ability to work 35 hours per week, with a permanent contract.
  • Fluency in English is required.
