About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishwasher at Byblos Indian and Lebanese cuisine. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our dining establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Dishwashing: Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware to the highest standards of cleanliness.
  • Storage and Organization: Place dishes in storage areas in a neat and organized manner to ensure efficient use of space.
  • Hand Washing and Sanitizing: Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand to ensure a high level of cleanliness.
  • Pot and Pan Cleaning: Scour pots and pans to remove any food residue and ensure they are clean and sanitized.
