Housekeeping Supervisor Job Description

At YULI-CLEANING, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure that our facilities meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and financial records to ensure the efficient operation of our cleaning services.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and ensure that our services meet their expectations.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate the work activities of our cleaning staff with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of our services.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Language: English.
