Housekeeping Supervisor Job Description

At YULI-CLEANING, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our facilities meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services, ensuring that we are operating within our means.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify opportunities to improve our cleaning services and recommend additional services to our clients.
  • Maintain Financial Records: Ensure that all financial records are accurate and up-to-date, including payment receipts and invoices.
  • Assist Cleaners: Provide support and guidance to our cleaning staff, ensuring that they have the resources they need to perform their duties effectively.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure that our cleaning services are integrated with other operational activities.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Availability: Available for shift or on-call work.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
