Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Officer to join our team at Everything Keto Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying staffing requirements, preparing job notices, and coordinating the selection process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify current and prospective staffing needs and develop strategies to address them
  • Prepare and post job notices and advertisements to attract top talent
  • Screen and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the requirements of the role
  • Coordinate and participate in selection boards to evaluate candidates
  • Notify applicants of the results of the selection process and prepare job offers
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in Human Resources or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and staffing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
