Job Title: Heavy Maintenance Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Heavy Maintenance Attendant to join our maintenance team at Sonata, a brand new retirement residence in Châteauguay. As a Heavy Maintenance Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining and cleaning the premises, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and clean the premises, including entryways, common areas, corridors, and workstations.
  • Clean and sweep floors, and perform other related tasks as required.
  • Organize and perform tasks related to the maintenance department, as requested by the immediate superior.
  • Wash windows in common areas and take out the trash.
  • Maintain and clean the lobby and corridors.
  • Keep the work environment clean and organized.
Requirements:
  • Good sense of organization and physical ability.
  • Punctuality and reliability, with a pride in one's work.
  • Concern for cleanliness and hygiene standards, and a team spirit.
  • Good judgment and priority management.
