Banquet Manager

Mirage Banquet Hall Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Banquet Manager to join our team. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of events and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Event Planning and Coordination: Work closely with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences, and coordinate all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, catering, and logistics.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of event coordinators and staff to ensure seamless event execution.
- Financial Management: Manage event budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing and promotional activities to promote the venue and attract new clients.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
The Banquet Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and high expectations. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
