We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Systems and Project Lead to join our team at Adecco Canada. As a key member of our Finance and Accounting department, you will be responsible for overseeing the Company's ERP financial system and leading strategic projects that drive business growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Systems Administration: Ensure the effective management and maintenance of the Company's ERP financial system, working closely with the Enterprise IT team to deliver continuous process improvements and ensure ongoing integration of information systems used by other departments.
- Process Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements to Finance and Accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy, ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies.
- Project Management: Lead and manage multiple financial projects and systems implementations, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support project planning and decision-making processes, providing insights and recommendations for financial planning.
- Project Budget Management: Prepare and monitor project budgets, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Project Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with projects, ensuring robust risk management practices are in place.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met and aligned with organizational goals.
- Project Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and report on project performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. CPA, MBA, or relevant certification (PMP) preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial systems administration and project management or a related field, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects.
- Skills: Strong understanding of financial management and accounting principles, excellent project management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Personal Qualities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
