About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Systems Project Lead to join our team at Internetwork Expert. As a key member of our Finance and Accounting department, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing financial projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Financial Systems Administration: Ensure the Company's ERP financial system is properly maintained and integrated with other departments.
  2. Process Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements to Finance and Accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  3. Process Documentation: Develop and maintain proper documentation and workflows to support financial processes and procedures.
  4. Project Management: Lead and manage multiple financial projects and systems implementations, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  5. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support project planning and decision-making processes.
  6. Project Budget Management: Prepare and monitor project budgets, providing insights and recommendations for financial planning.
  7. Project Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with projects, ensuring robust risk management practices are in place.
  8. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met and aligned with organizational goals.
  9. Project Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and report on project performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  10. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies, and support our organization controls by ensuring proper design, effectiveness, and application of the Company's financial systems and controls.

Requirements

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. CPA, MBA, or relevant certification (PMP) preferred.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial systems administration and project management or a related field, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects.
  3. Skills: Strong understanding of financial management and accounting principles. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a willingness to develop a full working knowledge of the Company's NetSuite ERP system.
  4. Personal Qualities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
