Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Motorola Solutions. This role will be responsible for developing and executing demand-generation strategies to drive leads and grow the sales pipeline across digital and traditional channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and nurture partnerships with national and state associations, media outlets, and subject matter experts to expand our reach and influence.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, content marketing, PPC, SEO, and events.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize future initiatives.
  • Enhance marketing funnels to improve conversion rates and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to align on goals, ensuring seamless execution and achievement of business objectives.
  • Manage assigned budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize impact.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Google Ads certification.
  • Proven experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
