We're seeking a skilled Supply Chain Replenishment Analyst to join our team at Loblaw Companies Limited. As a key member of our supply chain team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods from vendors to stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creation and management of product-level forecasts to drive accurate inventory levels.
- Management of inventory and replenishment flows, ensuring seamless execution from vendor to store.
- Vendor management, ensuring all forecast and flow requirements are executed to defined targets and standards.
- Collaboration with transport, distribution, and vendors to coordinate the flow of goods through our network.
- Ensuring all data management related to forecasts, product, and vendor attributes are maintained.
- Leading process improvement efforts, primarily with vendors, to enhance KPIs.
What You'll Need:
- A post-secondary education in Business, Economics, Engineering, or Marketing.
- 2-3 years of experience in the retail/wholesale grocery business, an asset.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of working in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong computer skills, especially with Excel.
- Previous experience with SAP and JDA Manugistics, an asset.
- Previous retail experience, an asset.
- Flexibility to work weekends on a rotational basis.
