Job Title: Room Attendant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Room Attendant to join our team at Comfort Inn. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and prepare guest rooms for occupancy, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
  • Restock and maintain housekeeping supplies, including linens, toiletries, and cleaning products.
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous housekeeping or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
