Job Title: Housekeeping Attendant
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Comfort Inn. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our hotel rooms and public areas.
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
- Guest Services: Handle and report lost and found items, attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking, overtime required, standing for extended periods.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months, permanent position, 32 hours per week, English language.
Personal Suitability: Punctuality, client focus, dependability, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability.
