About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new small business accounts via outbound sales campaigns.

You will be making 40+ calls per day to outbound sales prospects in addition to self-prospecting activities to generate opportunities and build a robust pipeline. Your goal is to manage a full sales cycle, from qualifying leads to closing new clients.

To succeed in this role, you must have a positive mindset and high energy level, with the ability to establish customer rapport and build relationships on the go. You should also have an entrepreneurial approach paired with a laser-focused pursuit of success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new small business accounts via outbound sales campaigns
  • Make 40+ calls per day to outbound sales prospects in addition to self-prospecting activities
  • Manage a full sales cycle, from qualifying leads to closing new clients
  • Adopt various technology systems to drive efficiency and deliver greater customer outcomes
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and build strong relationships with customers
