Truck and Trailer Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Truck and Trailer Maintenance Technician to join our team at Chrome Diesel. This is a full-time position responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on commercial transport trucks and trailers.
The successful candidate will have the ability to inspect and diagnose mechanical issues, perform adjustments and replacements of parts and components, and ensure all work is completed to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough inspections of truck and trailer systems to identify areas requiring maintenance or repair
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements
- Repair and replace damaged or worn-out parts, such as engines, transmissions, and electrical systems
- Test and adjust units to specifications to ensure optimal performance
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on work performed and future repair requirements
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including time spent and materials used
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1-2 years of experience in truck and trailer maintenance
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliability and flexibility to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
