**Location**: Lloydminster, Alberta

**Work Schedule**: Monday to Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm)

First Truck Centre, doing business as Velocity Truck Centres, is currently accepting resumes for an experience Parts Technician for our Lloydminster branch.

**Compensation Plan**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Take customer telephone calls.
- Provide exceptional customer service to walk in customers.
- Sell, store, and supply parts to customers.
- Computer use to process parts and supplies, maintain records, prepare orders, post receipts, sales contracts, stock adjustments and credit requests.
- Bill out order requests.
- Follow the inventory and merchandising processes while maintaining the retail display.
- Implement workflow procedures and continuous improvement initiatives for the department.

**Required Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a parts technician.
- Strong interpersonal / communication skills both verbal and written.
- Heavy duty parts knowledge is a major asset for this role.
- Initiative-taker able to work in a fast-paced, detailed environment.
- Adequate computer skills.
- Dealership or equivalent experience is an asset.
- Maintain a valid Class 5 driver's license.
- Journeyperson Parts Technician ticket is preferred.
