Lead Infrastructure and Security Engineer

Remotivate is seeking a highly skilled Lead Infrastructure and Security Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and secure infrastructure solutions that power our innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire company infrastructure, including database management and security.
  • Ensure optimization, performance, and data integrity across all systems.
  • Maintain and monitor the website's uptime, ensuring smooth and continuous operation.
  • Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect data and systems.
  • Continuously improve infrastructure reliability and efficiency through proactive monitoring and maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English and French written and verbal communication skills.
  • 5-10 years of experience in designing and implementing complex, scalable infrastructure solutions, including cloud environments.
  • Expertise in server infrastructure, including Google Cloud Platform and PostgreSQL.
  • Security expertise, including a deep understanding of security best practices and implementation.
  • Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.
  • Code quality, with a strong focus on maintainability, scalability, and readability.
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience, preferably with Pulumi.
  • Bonus skills: knowledge of React and React Native.
