Job Overview

GardaWorld is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal business management systems.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the aviation or security industry, with a strong background in quality assurance, training, and auditing. You will be responsible for overseeing SOP compliance, conducting audits, and providing feedback to frontline teams. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • SOP Compliance: Ensure that all frontline teams are adhering to GardaWorld's SOPs and internal business management systems.
  • Auditing: Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with SOPs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Feedback and Coaching: Provide constructive feedback to frontline teams and coach them on improving their performance.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance frontline teams' knowledge and skills.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Auditing, or Quality Assurance).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the aviation or security industry, with a focus on quality assurance, training, and auditing.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written). French language skills are an asset.

Working Conditions

  • Travel may be required within Canada on occasion.
  • Prolonged periods of standing, sitting, and computer use.
