Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000-$55,000, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Analyze budget reports to identify areas for cost reduction and implement strategies to increase profitability.
  2. Develop and manage budgets to ensure accurate forecasting and control of costs associated with food, ingredients, kitchen supplies, cleaning supplies, and other expenses.
  3. Conduct regular performance reviews to evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and make recommendations for improvement.
  4. Organize and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking, minimizing waste and optimizing storage space.
  5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations by implementing and enforcing policies and procedures.
