Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our Engineering department at illumin Holdings Inc. As a key member of our Architecture team, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of product features and platform frameworks that support our flagship solution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain solution architecture standards and guidelines to ensure scalability, efficiency, and maintainability.
  • Define design patterns and best practices to drive innovation and excellence in software development.
  • Design end-to-end solutions that meet client requirements and align with the company's business goals, leveraging expertise in software architecture patterns and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and stakeholders, to ensure that features are delivered according to functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and methodologies to improve engineering and delivery processes, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and expertise development.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment.
  • Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including system architectures, design specifications, and implementation plans, to support knowledge sharing and decision-making.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development and architecture, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Proven skill in crafting technical documentation tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences, with a focus on clarity and concision.
  • Experience designing and implementing software applications using various programming languages and frameworks, with expertise in Java/Kotlin/React/Scala.
  • Experience with database design and implementation, with a strong understanding of data modeling and schema design.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture patterns and best practices, with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and maintainability.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, with a focus on clear and concise communication.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge/experience in Digital Advertising, with a focus on leveraging expertise in this area to drive business growth and innovation.
