AULAKH TRUCKLINES LTD. is seeking a skilled Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team. As a Long Haul Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials across various locations, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive a tractor-trailer combination to transport goods and materials across various locations.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and materials, adhering to schedules and deadlines.
- Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
- Load and unload goods, ensuring proper securing and safety measures are in place.
- Communicate effectively with central dispatch and other stakeholders to relay information and receive updates.
- Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
- Perform emergency roadside repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.
- Air Brakes Endorsement.
- Driver's License (Class 1 or A).
- Valid passport.
- Basic security clearance.
- Driver's validity license check.
- Driving record check (abstract).
- Drug test.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to travel cross-border, internationally, and for extended periods.
As a Long Haul Truck Driver, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, often away from home for extended periods. You will be required to work in various locations, including different provinces, territories, and countries.
