Job Title: Long Haul Truck Driver

F R C TRANSPORT LTD is seeking a reliable and experienced Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team. As a Long Haul Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials across the country, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a safe and efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a tractor-trailer combination or a straight truck with a minimum of 3 axles
  • Transport goods and materials across the country, adhering to all relevant regulations and safety standards
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and materials, meeting customer expectations and deadlines
  • Maintain a clean and organized truck, adhering to all safety and regulatory requirements
  • Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
  • Valid Class 1 Driver's License
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Long Haul Truck Driver
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy lifting and long hours of driving
