Responsibilities:
  • Design and build engaging multiplayer levels that align with our creative vision.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high-quality work and communicate design intentions effectively.
  • Document level design intentions to provide a clear resource for the team.
  • Incorporate feedback from research and playtest data to achieve an exceptional multiplayer experience.
  • Provide and solicit feedback in a constructive manner, suggesting improvements to the game editor, processes, and project.
Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in level design, with a shipped AAA title.
  • Experience in multiplayer shooter games as a level designer and/or an avid player.
  • Strong layout and environment creation skills.
  • Familiarity with visual scripting and level design tools.
  • Aptitude in communicating design intentions to the team.
  • Ability to work with partners to implement a vision.
  • Prototype ideas and share them with important partners.
  • Comfort and capability in creative and technical design discussions.
  • Interest in environmental aesthetics.
  • Ability to break down tasks and work with production to produce estimates and priorities.
  • Experience working in a multidisciplinary team, spanning artists, programmers, and designers.
