We are seeking an exceptional ‘A’ player with a business mindset who can handle multiple projects simultaneously, communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and the outside market, and advocate for our various brands.

The ideal candidate will be well-versed in storytelling, including prominent social media platforms, email campaigns, website development, and public relations. They will coordinate marketing efforts with the Sales team, ensuring published content is targeted, accurate, and inspiring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Champion our vision, articulate it into understandable formats for the creative team, and ensure consistency across all mediums and platforms.
  • Content Creation: Produce engaging written, audio, and video content, including social posts, email campaigns, video stories, website updates, and sales materials.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure our message resonates across all platforms, so consumers understand our value proposition.
  • Merchandise: Oversee the design and production of apparel and merchandise items.
  • Conferences: Equip the Sales team with necessary materials for successful conferences or road trips.
  • Interviews: Book guests for podcast episodes.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree, preferably in business; 3-8 years of marketing experience; polished appearance in formal business settings;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to articulate clearly;
  • Graphic design experience with Canva and/or Adobe Suite (Illustrator, PhotoShop) or similar;
  • Knowledge of SEO, SquareSpace, WordPres, ConstantContact, or other web content management systems, and extensive social media experience.
