About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Payroll Specialist to join our team at Options Consulting Solutions. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing full cycle payroll processes on a bi-weekly basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process full cycle payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Administer payroll changes for new hires, promotions, leaves, vacation, overtime, and bonuses.
  • Audit payrolls on a biweekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
  • Reconcile yearend T4s and W2s.
  • Support various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in full cycle payroll, preferably with multi-provincial and US payroll knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of payroll legislation and regulations.
  • Bilingual skills (French/English) are an asset.
  • Excellent MS Office skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional client service and communication abilities.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
