Responsibilities- Facility Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to members and guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Event Support: Assist with the setup and teardown of events, including tournaments, camps, and other activities.
- Admissions and Membership: Process admissions and membership sales, as well as handle customer inquiries and concerns.
- Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with staff, members, and guests, ensuring that all needs are met and concerns are addressed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Availability: Availability for shift or on-call work is required.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication.
- Work Hours: 20 to 35 hours per week.
