Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of laundry staff, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to company policies.
- Train and develop staff members to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Operations Management
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of laundry equipment and machinery.
- Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Quality Control
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality in laundry services.
- Identify and implement improvements to processes and procedures.
- Reporting and Administration
- Prepare and submit reports on laundry operations, including quality control and productivity metrics.
- Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring timely requisition and ordering.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with a reputable organization.
- Fluency in English language.
- 35 hours per week.
