Job Title: Server - Food and Beverage Services

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Chartwell Jardins de la Gare résidence pour retraités. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to residents in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Describe menu items and make recommendations to residents based on their preferences and dietary needs.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to resident inquiries and concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Assist residents with special needs and provide support as required.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in food service or a related field an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
