Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server - Food and Beverage Services to join our team at Chartwell Jardins de la Gare résidence pour retraités. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve specialty food to residents in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to residents and make recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to resident needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
  • Assist residents with special needs, such as dietary restrictions or mobility issues.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in food service and customer service.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
