About the Role

Marshall Canada is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in Moncton, NB. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely and within-budget project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare customer proposals, request for information responses, and other new business requirement needs.
  • Coordinate with government agencies, clients, and subcontractors to define project requirements and expectations.
  • Lead and oversee the operational workload of a team of project coordinators, engineers, and subject matter experts, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, financial forecasts, and action plans.
  • Monitor and report on project performance using KPIs, providing early identification of performance issues.
  • Provide regular status updates and briefings to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor team performance regularly and take corrective action as required to ensure successful delivery.
  • Run Start Up meetings, daily stand-ups, monthly project reviews, Contract Status Reviews (CSRs), and Lifecycle Gate reviews with the team, ensuring full involvement and support of all service providers, stakeholders, and independents as required.
  • Conduct financial analysis and coordination for program-specific activities.
  • Identify potential risks associated with project delivery and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project setbacks and maintain project resilience.
  • Carry out root cause analysis to examine all problems/opportunities in detail and ensure improvements are integrated into all relevant work processes/methods.
  • Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Lead post-project assessments to capture lessons learned and improve processes for future projects.
