Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Retail Sales Associate to join our team at EZmart Venture Pvt Ltd. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and processing transactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations
Work Environment

Our store is a convenience store, and as a Cashier, you will be working in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. You will be required to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in a physically demanding environment.
