Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at BB INTL. AFRICAN FOODS INC. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to answer customer questions about products and services.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card, and debit card payments.
  • Restock shelves, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and perform other tasks as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with other sales associates and store management to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
Work Environment

Our store is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of customers and colleagues. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be expected to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, and be available to work during peak sales periods.
