Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Supplier Quality Management team. As Senior Supplier Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our suppliers meet the highest quality standards, driving continuous improvement, and fostering strong relationships with our global supply chain partners.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement supplier quality management strategies to meet business objectives.
  2. Manage a team of Supplier Quality Engineers and Inspectors to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure supplier quality.
  4. Conduct audits and assessments to evaluate supplier performance and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Develop and maintain supplier qualification and approval processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  6. Implement and manage supplier continuous improvement programs to drive quality excellence.
  7. Ensure that all suppliers meet the required quality standards and customer requirements.
  8. Develop and maintain quality documents, including manufacturing process plans, control plans, and FMEA.
  9. Ensure that all quality-related issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
  10. Monitor supplier performance and identify areas for improvement.
  11. Develop and implement supplier development programs to enhance supplier capabilities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supplier quality management or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in managing supplier selection and quality.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, as required.
  • Experience in quality and manufacturing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and Six Sigma training or equivalent quality certification.
