Job Description

Bosda International Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our data analytics efforts and driving business growth through data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Daily Operations: Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Evaluate Daily Operations: Regularly evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Plan and Control Budget: Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Supervise Staff: Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Establish Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Meet with Clients: Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines.
  • Manage Incidents: Manage incidents and provide ongoing support to clients.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32.5 hours per week.
