IC Savings is a credit union that focuses on bringing the benefits of co-operative banking to its members. As a senior finance leader, you will play a key role in driving financial performance and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct financial analysis and prepare various periodical reports
  • Prepare monthly and annual regulatory reports to the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA)
  • Oversee accounts payable and ensure internal control and company standards are maintained
  • Monitor credit unions' current accounts on a daily basis
  • Coach and mentor junior team members
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business administration
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel (macros, VLOOKUP, PivotTables, etc.)
  • Strong communications skills, written and oral, and ability to interact effectively with professionals at all levels
Working Conditions:

Professional, team-oriented, office environment with standard corporate business hours based on 37.5 hours per week.
