Roma Fence Ltd. is seeking a skilled MIG welder to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for executing high-quality MIG welding on a variety of metal components used in fence and gate production. Your expertise will directly contribute to the manufacturing of top-notch fences and gates. Key Responsibilities:

* Execute high-quality MIG welding on metal components used in fence and gate production.
* Prepare and set up jigs and fixtures to ensure accurate welding processes.
* Read and interpret welding process specifications, blueprints, and work drawings to meet production requirements.
* Conduct quality checks on welded components to ensure they meet safety and quality standards.
* Operate and maintain welding machines and other related tools, ensuring optimal performance.

Qualifications:

* 4-8 years of experience in MIG welding. Experience with Gates or Fences is preferred.
* Diploma or certification in welding is an asset.
* Proficient in welding galvanized materials; must be able to read and interpret work drawings.
* Forklift certification is an asset.
* Strong mechanical skills with the ability to operate industrial saws and forklifts.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, managing your tasks efficiently.
* Ability to handle weights up to 75 lbs.
