Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled MIG welder to join our team at Roma Fence Ltd. as a full-time Fabrication Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and fabrication, with experience working with galvanized materials and operating industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products
  • Perform custom MIG welding
  • Prepare jigs for welding
  • Install and repair various equipment and components
  • Follow blueprints to meet product specifications
  • Calculate material measurements to verify specifications
  • Conduct tests to evaluate weld quality and tolerance
Requirements
  • 4-8 years of welding experience
  • Gates/Fences experience an asset
  • Diploma or certificate in welding
  • Ability to weld galvanized materials
  • Read work drawings
  • Work independently with a minimum supervision
  • Forklift certification an asset
  • Quality work is an absolute must
  • Good mechanical aptitude
