Job Title: Personal Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at LEA VILLARUEL, ALEXANDER VILLA. As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Assist clients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, taking into account clients' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Provide companionship and social support to clients, engaging them in activities and conversations.
  • Assist clients with light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
  • Monitor and report any changes in clients' condition, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Requirements:
  • CPR Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Personal Support Worker Certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
