Job Title: Personal Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at Doje Care Corporation.

Job Summary:

The Personal Support Worker will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and household tasks. This is a temporary position, requiring a strong commitment to providing exceptional care and service.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist clients with medication administration and management
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Assist clients with mobility and transfers
  • Provide personal care, including toileting and incontinence care
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • CPR Certificate and First Aid Certificate
  • Health Care Aide Certificate or Personal Support Worker Certificate
Work Environment:

This is a non-smoking environment, and the successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
