Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to lead our sales team and drive business growth at Esso Mount Elgin Convenience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assigning sales workers to duties, ordering merchandise, and preparing reports on sales volumes and personnel matters.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure effective team management
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
- Supervise and coordinate activities of sales workers to achieve sales targets
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Our retail store operates in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be required to work a 32-hour week and be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
