About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at L'Equipeur. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that our store operates at the highest level of customer service and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and coaching to the sales team to ensure that they are meeting their sales and customer service targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage the store's inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Ensure that the store is visually appealing and well-maintained, and that all merchandise is properly displayed and priced.
- Manage the store's budget and financial performance, including controlling expenses and achieving sales targets.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales associates to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Collaborate with other store managers and the regional manager to share best practices and develop strategies to improve store performance.
- Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, and that all sales associates are aware of and comply with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop sales associates.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with sales associates, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
