  • Monitor and analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate with other store managers and the regional manager to share best practices and develop strategies to improve store performance.
  • Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, and that all sales associates are aware of and comply with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop sales associates.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with sales associates, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
