Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate at Walmart Canada. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- Point of Sale Operations: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, maintain store standards, and support each other in delivering excellent customer service.
- Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and professional manner.
- Age: 16 or older
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to perform basic math calculations and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues effectively.
- Previous Retail Experience: Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Teamwork and Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing situations and priorities.
