About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Winks Slave Lake. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Cash Register: Accurately process transactions, handle customer payments, and maintain a clean and organized cash handling area.
  • Tabulate Total Payment: Calculate and collect payment from customers, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Receive Payment: Handle customer payments, including cash, credit, and debit transactions.
  • Stock Shelves and Clean Counter Area: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and cleaning the counter area.
  • Greet Customers: Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to customers, setting the tone for a positive shopping experience.
  • Wrap or Place Merchandise in Bags: Efficiently and accurately package merchandise for customers.
  • Provide Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Work Term and Hours: This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week.
  • Work Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
