Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Canadian Tire. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
  • Restock shelves, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and perform other tasks as assigned.
  • Participate in promotional activities, such as sales events and product demonstrations.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience an asset.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
