About the Role


We are seeking a detail-oriented and team-driven Retail Sales Associate to join our Harvard Variety Store team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide product information
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets and promoting store products

Requirements:



  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required
  • 2 years of retail experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Working Conditions:


This is a permanent position working 37.5 hours per week. You will be based in a supermarket/grocery store environment and will be required to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 kg occasionally.


Compensation:


The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
