As a Client Services Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a team of Brand Ambassadors and working closely with clients and retailers to deliver brand experiences in-store. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leading teams and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire, train, and manage a team of Brand Ambassadors within a designated region.
  • Work closely with regional clients to build store schedules and staff against those schedules.
  • Ensure timely completion of daily and weekly reporting.
  • Manage payroll and expenses for the team.
  • Prepare final reporting documents for the Client Service Team.
  • Provide administrative support for in-retail programming.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
  • Effective communication, speaking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to prioritize multiple demands simultaneously.
  • Proven team player with a sense of urgency.
  • Leadership or management experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Experience working in Excel required.
  • Full access to a vehicle and comfort driving within designated territory for field visits.
